At this week’s city council meeting, the board passed an ordinance dealing with vape and smoke shops. Under the ordinance, a vape and smoke shop in Charleston can’t be located within 1,500 feet of another vape or smoke shop or 1,000 to 1,500 feet of an elementary school, middle school or a high school.
