WV gas prices lower than national average

Paying more than four-dollars a gallon for gas is painful, but it could be worse. According to Triple-A, West Virginia’s statewide average of four-12 is about 20-cents less than the national average. There may be a few places where you might find regular grade gasoline under four. Doddridge, Marshall and Greenbrier County shows a county-wide average at three-99 a gallon.
