Three people in Boone County were charged after deputies responded to a call of two parents possibly overdosing in a vehicle with a child inside. Court records said Matthew Jones and Kendra Bradley are both charged with child neglect creating risk of injury after deputies said they found needles and apparent drugs in their vehicle with their 4-year old child in the backseat. It happened in the Ottawa area on March 21. Jones also faces a drug possession charge.
