A new Cabell County interim commissioner has been named. Caleb Gibson is the new interim Cabell County commissioner. The Barboursville native and longtime financial adviser fills the spot vacated after the recent death of Nancy Cartmill.
Gibson was sworn in Thursday, and the term goes until the end of this year. Gibson is running for the seat in the May 10 primary election this year.
