A Virginia man has been charged in an arson investigation where officials said a brand new home in Harpers Ferry suffered more than a quarter-million dollars in damage. Yossef Fenaoui is accused of setting multiple fires at a home on Sprouse Lane over a two-day period earlier this month that resulted in about $267,000 in damage, according to a news release from the West Virginia State Fire Marshal’s Office. The fire marshal’s office said the home was purchased in February and is now considered a total loss.
