In Logan County, a tragic accident at the intersection of U.S. 119 and Old Logan Road claimed he life of 65-year-old Linda Lee on Friday morning. Several fatal accidents have happened at that intersection over the past five or six years, causing traffic safety experts to call for installing a traffic signal there. Right now there is no light to regulate turns from Old Logan Road, and drivers on U.S. 119 are traveling at 55 mph. Deputies said the latest crash remains under investigation.
