A Cabell County grand jury will soon hear the case of a man and woman arrested in connection with beating a couple in Huntington. A magistrate determined there was enough evidence to advance the case against Frank Lambert and Tera Sue Napier.
In late March, Napier’s parents were severely beaten at their home in the 2600 block of Harvey Road in the Harveytown area. Lambert and Napier were arrested April 1 and police say they are in a relationship. The investigation is continuing.
