The West Virginia National Guard will give an undisclosed number of armored vehicles to the Ukrainian military. The M-113 Armored Personnel Carriers are used for transporting soldiers and military equipment across battlefields. Governor Justice announced the shipment, a day after President Biden pledged 800-million-dollars in military aid to help in the war against Russia.
