A Charleston man accused of injuring a 3-year-old girl and killing a woman last year pleaded guilty to second-degree murder by use of a handgun on Friday. Dorian Clark also pleaded guilty to being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm for the April 2021 shooting that killed Chastanay Joseph. Joseph’s daughter was injured in the shooting and spent several days in the hospital recovering. Judge Carrie Webster will sentence Clark in July.
