A man faces charges in Fayette County after deputies said they found two men slumped over in a vehicle and discovered a gun, large bundles of cash and suspected narcotics inside. Philip E. Gray of Hilltop was charged after deputies responded to Mountaineer Mobile Home Park in Hilltop, according to a Facebook post from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office. The men had been slumped over in the vehicle for about an hour, and deputies were able to wake up the men after several minutes. When the driver stepped out of the vehicle, deputies found the gun, cash and suspected narcotics.
