Gas Station Shooting Suspect Turns Himself In

Charleston police said they were able to identify a suspect from a shooting at a convenience store over the weekend after reviewing surveillance video and recognizing him from prior interactions. 26-year old Devin Fanaris of Charleston turned himself in to law enforcement Monday and was arraigned in Kanawha County Magistrate Court. Fanaris was wanted on a malicious wounding warrant after he was accused of shooting a man Saturday evening at the Par Mar gas station at 1503 Washington St. East.
