A man is facing multiple charges after pulling out an AK-47 at a Moorefield Burger King because of a wrong order. Twenty-eight-year-old Eric Phares threatened to “shoot up” the restaurant after getting into an argument with an employee. No one was hurt. Phares is charged with making terroristic threats.
