A Florida woman is under arrest in Fairmont for going around to multiple WesBanco locations and using false information and a fake ID to access real accounts. She tried to withdraw almost six-thousand-dollars, but the bank was on to her and called police. Sixty-two-year-old Kathy Kelley is charged with fraudulent schemes and forgery.
