The man wanted in a deadly downtown shooting is under arrest in Florida. Twenty-three-year-old Meeko Harris was wanted for killing a man in a parking lot at Hale Street and Kanawha Boulevard last weekend. He was arrested in Osceola, Florida with the help of U.S. Marshals.
