Charleston police are asking the public for help in identifying a man and a woman police said are captured on video taking packages from two porches in the South Hills and Fort Hill areas. Police said in a Facebook post on Tuesday the thefts occurred Monday, June 13, and the suspects were seen fleeing the area in a red Ford Escape. The suspects may have been involved in more thefts, police said.
