A traffic stop that occurred last Tuesday evening has led to charges for two Clendenin men. James Linville Jr. and Seth Crihfield were arrested following the vehicle pursuit in Kanawha County that occurred about 7:30 p.m. according to a social media post from the Clendenin Police Department. The post said Linville is facing a charge of fleeing with reckless indifference after leading law enforcement on a chase that ended on Kelly Hill Road. Police report Crihfield was a passenger and is being charged with conspiracy to commit a felony after officers located a loaded firearm inside the vehicle. Officers said two men abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot before being apprehended by police.
