A 23-year-old West Virginia man is under arrest in Maryland in connection to a mass shooting at a Columbia Machine warehouse in Smithsburg that left three people dead and three people hurt. A state trooper was injured in the gunfire. He was treated and released. The FBI and ATF are investigating.
