The decision earlier this month by U.S. District Judge David Faber is being appealed. Cabell County and the Cty of Huntington say they will appeal the judges decision to side with drug manufacturers. The judge said the Big-3 distributors, AmerisourceBergen Drug, Cardinal Health, and McKesson did not fuel the opioid pandemic. The city and county are seeking two and a half billion dollars in damages.
