Twenty-six-year-old Malik Breckenridge is pleading guilty to a COVID-19 relief scheme. He admitted to defrauding the Paycheck Protections Program. He received more than 40-thousand-dollars in relief loans, and then applied to have the loans forgiven, even though he didn’t have a legitimate business. Breckenridge faces up to twenty-years in prison.
