Phone scam in St. Albans

St. Albans police say there is a phone scam going around. The scammer calls, claiming to be an SAPD officer and that there is a federal warrant from the IRS for your arrest, and to avoid arrest you need to pay three-thousand-dollars. Police say they will not call you, and you should not send any money. Contact your local police department if you do get a call.
