The Supreme Court decision limiting the power of the EPA is being praised in West Virginia. Senator Shelley Moore Capito, Attorney General Patrick Morrisey and the West Virginia Coal Association all said they were happy that the high court ruled that Congress did not grant broad authority to the EPA to regulate greenhouse gas emission from fossil fuel fire dpower plants.
