Flooding impacted the Kanwaha Charleston Humane Association parking lot on Sunday night and Monday, but all of the animals were okay. The lower parking lot and bridge were damaged by high water and debris and employees were unable to drive over the bridge to reach the building. They walked to check on the animals and all had endured a power outage, but were okay.
