A Kenova man is under arrest for stealing a rail buggy and over thirty-thousand-dollars in cash. He rammed a gate along Route 52 and forced his way into a shop to steal the vehicle and the money. He left his wallet behind and troopers tracked him down at home Dock’s Creek Road where they found the buggy parked outside.
