A four-year-old boy is missing, and is believed to have been abducted by his mother, who does not have custody of the child. The boy was taken from his home in Alum Creek. Police are looking for Sarah Hall. She was arrested on Thursday for holding the boy in the middle of a busy street while she got into a fight with other people. She was released on bond Friday.
