Many school districts across West Virginia are facing a shortage of school bus drivers. The Lincoln County school district has been forced to change some of its bus routes to make up for the lack of bus drivers and some families in rural areas have complained about wait times. There are eight schools in Lincoln County that rely on bus routes. Most school districts are hiring bus drivers now.
