The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office has identified suspect’s a vehicle in a church vandalism case. The offender is shown doing circles and spinning its wheels and then speeding away from Lone Oak Church of God Mission in Red House. After posting video on its Facebook page, a suspect was identified and charges are pending.
