Law enforcement agencies in West Virginia are donating their retired vehicles to the Whitesburg Police Department in Kentucky. The department lost at least seven police cruisers in the devastating floods. Boone County deputies plan to deliver a vehicle to Whitesburg on Tuesday, and the Hurricane Police department delivered a vehicle on Sunday.
