The owner of Hot Cup Coffee shop in Logan County is filing a motion to reduce his bond. Forty-seven-year-old Michael Cline was arrested earlier this month on sexual assault and child pornography charges. He’s asking the judge to reduce his 500-thousand-dollar bond.
