Huntington Fire officials say a man is lucky to be alive after spending almost 19 hours in a storm drain. The man fell into the drain near the Walmart on U-S 60 around midday Wednesday. He was walking near the drain when he slipped on some mud and fell into the drain. Someone finally heard his cries for help and contacted the fire department. He’s expected to recover.
