Charleston police made an arrest in connection with a homicide on the West Side Sunday. Officers arrested 36-year old Peris Fallins of Charleston Monday evening in the death of 40-year old Julia Wickline of Charleston. Wickline was shot about 3 p.m. on a porch of a home in the 1000 block of Grant Street. She died at the scene. Police have not released information about a possible motive.
