West Virginia State Police said a man has been charged after a woman and her 3-year-old daughter died following a hit-and-run crash in Raleigh County that injured two other children. Kevin Graybeal of Dameron is charged after a wreck that happened about 7:30 p.m. Sunday on Coal River Road in Arnett, according to a news release Tuesday from State Police. 30-year old Sara Pettry and her 3-year-old daughter died in the accident. A 7-year-old girl in Pettry’s vehicle was flown to Charleston Area Medical Center and an 11-year-old boy was taken by ambulance to Raleigh General Hospital for treatment. Graybeal was arrested Monday and faces several charges.
