A woman is sought after breaking into another woman’s home, ramming her ATV

Kanawha County deputies said they are searching for a woman accused of breaking into a home and then crashing into the victim’s side-by-side before fleeing the scene. A woman told deputies she found a female suspect in her storage building at her home along Triple Oaks Drive on Sunday who said she was homeless and searching for driftwood. The victim agreed to take the woman in her side-by-side back to her vehicle that was supposedly parked at a church nearby. That’s when the suspect backed into it and rammed it multiple times and pinning it against the church before fleeing the area. The victim told Kanawha County deputies the woman was driving a silver Kia sedan with a temporary Ohio registration that was folded to make it illegible and reportedly fled toward Cross Lanes with heavy rear end damage. Anyone with tips should contact the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office at 304-357-0169.
