A police and fire support group has partnered with Cabell County eateries to provide foodies with an extra incentive to dine out and help first responders in the process.
Through this Sunday, participating restaurants will donate proceeds from meals served to the Compass project, an organization that utilizes intervention strategies to prioritize the mental and physical health of Huntington police and fire crews. Today’s Huntington restaurant participating is Jim’s Steak and Spaghetti House, and tomorrow it’s Texas Roadhouse.
