A commercial building on Fourth Avenue in Huntington caught fire Friday afternoon and investigators say it was electrical. The building was charged with high-voltage electricity when crews arrived and power had to be cut off before firefighters could entered the building. The fire was contained to a large interior electrical panel. No one was inside the building at the time.
