West Virginia Senator Robert Karnes was kicked of the Senate chamber after being ruled out of order. Karnes demanded that bills on third reading be read in their entirety. Senate President Craig Blair ruled that he was out of order. After more outbursts, senator’s went into a brief recess and came back with a motion to remove Karnes.
