West Virginia State Police stopped more than 120 vehicles in the I-64 construction zone in Cabell County. And that was on the first day of targeted speed enforcement in the area between the 29th Street exit to the Merritts Creek exit. One vehicle was clocked at over 80-miles-per-hour in the work zone.
