Emergency dispatchers said a person died Saturday after a tree fell on a vehicle in Cabell County. It happened about 2 p.m. in the 6200 block of Rosalind Road in Huntington. Downed trees and power lines were reported along the roadway as strong winds moved through the area and Appalachian Power reported severa thousand customers without power at the time.
