The University of Charleston announced that an Evening with Peggy Noonan will take place Thursday, March 16 in the Geary Auditorium at 6:30 pm. Noonan is a Pulitzer-Prize winning journalist whose weekly “Declarations” column in The Wall Street Journal has run since 2000. She received the Pulitzer Prize for Political Commentary for her coverage of the 2016 presidential election. She is the bestselling author of nine books on American politics, history, and culture, and is one of 10 historians and writers who contributed essays on the American presidency for the book “Character Above All.” The event is free, and the public is welcome to attend.
