Spirit Airlines to end flights out of Charleston

West Virginia International Yeager Airport has been notified by Spirit Airlines that the airline will end its service from Charleston this year. The airline said it will cease operations at the Charleston airport on May 4th, eliminating flights to Orlando and Myrtle Beach, among others. The airline will issue a notice of cancellation to all passengers who have booked flights after that date. West Virginia International Yeager Airport said it will continue to actively pursue other air service providers to resume flights to Orlando International Airport, Myrtle Beach International Airport and other additional routes to our region.
