West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is filing a suit against four family members, seeking to ban them from selling, moving, delivering, setting up and repairing mobile homes. The lawsuit claims that May Brothers Mobile Home Movers is not incorporated and dos not have any of the licenses required to sell or move mobile homes. The A-G’s office has received more than a dozen consumer complaints about May Brothers ranging from deceptive sales practices to faulty and unsafe installation of mobile homes.
