Several reports of wind damage came in over the weekend, including some at South Charleston City Hall. Eyewitness News said crews began working to clear debris that fell from the building’s rooftop shortly after it happened on Saturday. The building is located at 401 D Street and houses the mayor’s office and South Charleston Municipal Court.
