Deputies said a Huntington man has been accused of arranging a sexual encounter with a teenage girl using social media. 40-year old Jonathan Adkins drove from Huntington to Ripley after making arrangements to meet a 14-year-old girl online, according to a Facebook post from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department. Deputies said Adkins was taken into custody Friday evening with the help of Ripley police.
