The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is trying to find a driver involved in a hit-and-run accident that left a pedestrian seriously hurt last Thursday. The pedestrian was hit on May 25 around 4 a.m. on Joyce Road near Nottingham Mobile home park. 23-year old Andrew Frazer was found in a ditch with severe injuries. Frazier was found by his friend who became worried after Frazier didn’t return to his house. Frazier’s injuries include a broken skull and broken neck and other broken bones. The vehicle involved has not been found, and tips are welcome as the investigation continues.
