Neighbors are concerned about vandalism at Hope Bond Cemetery in Charleston.
Eyewitness News reported trash over parts of the cemetery and dozens of damaged or worn headstones. One person said vandals stole bronze veteran plaques and smashed headstones and a police report has been filed.
