A woman admits to driving under the influence of meth with a 3-year-old in the vehicle

A Kanawha County woman was arrested this week after investigators said she admitted to being under the influence of methamphetamine while driving with a young child in the vehicle. 34-year old Carrie L. Jackson of Charleston faces charges. The criminal complaint said law enforcement were dispatched to a Malden home to find a 3-year-old improperly restrained in the back seat of a vehicle.
