One person was arrested this week after a slow police pursuit on the interstate in Cabell County. Dispatchers said it happened n I-64 in the Milton area while officers who were out working a Governor’s Highway Safety speed patrol on the interstate and tried to stop the vehicle. The driver didn’t pull over and the vehicle was only going 36 mph on I-64, although the driving was erratic running into a median and striking a uardrail. Police blocked the vehicle in and arrested the driver.
