Former Chapmanville Volunteer Fire Department Chief Thomas Perry, and his son Cody, are pleading guilty to embezzlement charges. They are accused of misusing taxpayer dollars. Thomas Perry faces up to five-years in prison, and Cody Perry is facing up to ten-years.
