Former mobile home sellers face a temporary injunction

A Putnam County Circuit Court judge issued a temporary injunction against four family members accused of selling and installing mobile homes without proper licenses. The West Virginia Attorney General’s Office said husband and wife Gary and Veronica May, along with grandson Tyler May and nephew Joshua May, conducted business in southern and central West Virginia. The injunction prevents the family from selling, installing, repairing or remodeling homes without proper licensure. Anyone victimized by housing scams may contact the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division online or call 800-368-8808.
