Best Virginia, a team made up largely of West Virginia alumni, is the top seed in The Basketball Tournament regional set for Wheeling this summer. Meanwhile, Herd That, a team of mostly former Marshall players, is seeded No. 4. The winners of Best Virginia and Herd That’s matchups will square off in the second round. The regional kicks off on July 25 and runs through July 30 in Wheeling.
