The Kanawha Valley Regional Transit Authority and the City of Charleston Office of Public Art announced the winning design this week for Charleston’s new ArtBus. The three finalists were announced earlier this month and more than three thousand votes were cast as part of the contest. Wes Eary submitted the winning design for the new ArtBus, which will be the city’s fourth. The new bus’s full artwork will be unveiled in October during FestiFALL.
